 Natural beauty care is a beauty with natural treatments ,We can share beauty tips with fellow women, we often compare our way of beauty treatments with our friends, mimicking the usual makeup worn by others or even with celebrities. Exercising to maintain the beauty of self
Beauty is not only derived from treatment with the right cosmetics, but also of physical fitness. Natural beauty will be maintained if we are diligent exercise.
No need to exercise hard to keep in shape, the important thing is the body given the opportunity to move to the muscles of the body immovable. Remember to always warm up before exercise to prevent injury.

Here are tips to rest:
  1. Sleep at least 6-8 hours per day. It can maintain the freshness of the face, skin and body.
  2. Avoid caffeinated drinks, carbonated and acidic before the rest. This is to prevent abdominal bloating that can harm our health.
  3. Drink a glass of water before bed. On the morning after waking up, drink another glass of water. It is better to facilitate the body's metabolism.
